Return Policy
Many of our items are NOT returnable, please ask before purchasing. Please carefully consider your purchase before ordering. For items that are returnable, returns and damages must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original cartons and in new condition to receive credit. Please call Bathroom Vanity Insanity for a return authorization, credit will not be issued without prior return authorization. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge and customer must pay all shipping charges. DO NOT ship merchandise back to Bathroom Vanity Insanity; you will be given a return address when you receive the return authorization.
Back Order Policy
We make every effort to maintain our inventory and mark items “out-of-stock” on our web site. On occasion, however, we may have fewer items in stock than what you order. Regardless of the value of your back-order, we will make every effort to notify you by either phone or e-mail with regard to the status of your order. Backorders are automatically fulfilled as soon as inventory becomes available.
Shipping Policy
Shipping is FREE for deliveries in 48 contiguous US states. All shipping and delivery times are estimates. We will not refund shipping or give credit if an order is delayed. Please allow time for unforeseen delays when ordering if you have a deadline. If you do have problems with your order please call Bathroom Vanity Insanity and we will assist you with those issues.
If you need to cancel your order please call immediately. Please note, once an order has shipped it may not be cancelled. If your item is returnable, you may return the item subject to the return policy. There will be a minimum cancellation fee of 25%.
Fed Ex Freight and UPS Freight are our primary shipping methods although products may be shipped via a different carrier to better serve you.
Damaged Goods Policy
Bathroom Vanity Insanity's products are manufactured with the highest quality of workmanship and materials. Bathroom Vanity Insanity warrants its products to be free of all manufacturing defects upon receipt.
Damage can occur to products during shipment, especially stone & wood, even though the outside packaging looks undamaged. PLEASE inspect your merchandise upon receipt. It is your responsibility to report damage, shortage or discrepancies to Bathroom Vanity Insanity within 3 days of receipt in order to file a claim. Please provide at least 6 clear photos and send to service@BathroomVanityInsanity.com. All damaged goods claims are subject to inspection and require a return authorization number. If you report shortage, damage or discrepancies on your shipment within 3 days of receipt, Bathroom Vanity Insanity will replace the merchandise upon claim settlement. After 3 days you must repair or replace the product at your expense. In the event the delivery driver cannot give you the time necessary to inspect your shipment, mark “Driver would not wait for inspection- Possible concealed damage” on your delivery receipt before signing. Refuse the shipment if there is obvious damage to the outside packaging or if you suspect the merchandise is damaged and contact Bathroom Vanity Insanity immediately.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations prior to shipping will incur a 5% bank processing fee. Cancellations after shipping folllow return policy guidelines.
Discontinued Items Policy
We make every effort to maintain our inventory and remove discontinued items on our web site. On occasion, however, we may have an item that is discontinued before we have the opportunity to remove it from the website. Therefore, you must call or email to confirm availability before placing your credit card information to avoid a 5% bank processing fee to refund your credit card.
